Road's End Workshop, with Paige and Corey: Travel Log No. 3
by Paige Denkin · Posted 09/27/2019
Our last travel log had us heading to Nevada (or California, depending on which side of state line you’re visiting when in South Lake Tahoe). I’m glad we were able to cross this one off the bucket list because Lake Tahoe was far more beautiful than I could ever imagine. Fair warning, though! by Jill Waterman · Posted 04/15/2017
None of the top camera brands make bad cameras or lenses,” says Todd Vorenkamp, Senior Creative Content Writer for B&H’s Explora blog. “If you love Nikon, you can stay with it and be happy forever. That goes with any other camera brand. But, if you’re looking to shake things up, you may want to change systems,” he adds. “The Fujifilm X-T1 made shooting fun for me again—it made it kind of new and different. And, because the system is small and light, I carry my camera around much more than when I was in the DSLR world.” This is the second

A B&H Photographic Journey, with the Legendary Canon EF 1200mm Lens
by Todd Vorenkamp · Posted 05/21/2015
Someone, somewhere, recently decided to bid a fond farewell to one of the most legendary telephoto lenses ever made, the Canon EF 1200mm f/5.6 L USM and, now that it is at the B&H SuperStore, a group of photographers from B&H were given the opportunity to take this optical giant out for a unique shooting experience. Not only is it legendary, it is rare and mysterious. Our friends at Canon cannot even tell us how many of these lenses were made, with any certainty. There is speculation around the Web, but most experts seem to think that
